    Mix the chicken with the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch and let it marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.

    Cook the chicken in hot oil until lightly browned, then remove it from the pan.

    Stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, and carrot for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Return the chicken and any leftover marinade to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.

    Turn off the heat and toss in the chili and Thai basil.
