Sheet-Pan Gochujang Chicken

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, ginger, and oil.

Toss the sweet potatoes, carrots, and leeks in most of the glaze and spread them on a sheet pan.

Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper, coat them in the remaining glaze, and nestle them among the vegetables.
