Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Simple roasted Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

brussels sprout
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
black pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
