One-Pot Garlic Butter Chicken and Orzo
Golden chicken tenders and toasted orzo cooked together in stock.

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until deeply golden on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

Add the orzo to the skillet and stir so it is coated in the butter and chicken drippings.

Add the garlic and cook, stirring often, until fragrant and the orzo is lightly toasted.

Pour in the chicken stock and return the chicken to the pan.

Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the chicken is cooked through.
