Steps

    Chop the onion, leeks, and mushrooms.

    Season the chicken with salt and sauté it until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove it from the pan.

    Cook the onion in the same pan until slightly golden, then add the leeks and sauté until soft.

    Add the mushrooms and cook until their moisture cooks off and they begin to brown.
