    Cook the rice by combining it with 3 cups boiling water, covering, and cooking for 20 minutes.

    Place the salmon on a tray with olive oil and salt and bake for 20 minutes.

    In a large frying pan, fry the chopped onion in olive oil until golden.

    Add the kimchi and cook for 5 minutes.
