Steps

    Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.

    Mix the beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional parsley.

    Scoop and shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
