    1 large bunch collard greens

    butter

    1 tablespoon unsalted butter

    coconut oil

    scallion

    1 bunch scallions, sliced

  • 1 1/2 cups

    coconut milk

    1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon

    soy sauce

    1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps

    Wash and chop the collard greens into 2- to 3-inch pieces.

    Heat the butter and coconut oil in a large skillet and cook the scallions until softened.

    Add the collards and cook just until wilted.
