Chicken Tenders with Tomatoes
Pan-seared chicken tenders finished in a quick fresh tomato and garlic sauce.

3 pounds ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges

Steps

Season the chicken with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pan-fry the chicken in batches until golden on both sides, then set aside.
