Chicken Broccoli Pepper Asparagus Stir-Fry
A quick stovetop chicken and vegetable stir-fry with soy sauce.

Steps

Prep the chicken and vegetables before you start cooking.

Sear the chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, then remove it.

Stir-fry the white asparagus and broccoli for about 3 minutes.

Add the red peppers and white parts of the green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.

Return the chicken and add the green onion tops.
