Bulgogi-Style Tofu
Tofu cubes marinated with soy, sesame, garlic, ginger, and gochujang, then roasted.

Press the tofu for at least 15 to 20 minutes, then cut it into cubes.

Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, olive oil, scallions, and sesame seeds.

Toss the tofu in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Roast on an oiled or lined sheet pan at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and caramelized.
